This recipe is for easy baked salmon.
Makes about 4 - 4 ounce servings
Ingredients
1-16oz Salmon Fillet
1/4 cup Maple Mountain New York plus more to add after serving if desired
Dash of Lemon Pepper
1/2 Fresh Lemon (optional)
Method
Preheat your oven to 300 degrees
Place your salmon fillet on a sheet pan/baking pan lined with parchment paper. Generously coat your salmon with the Maple Vinaigrette (Reserve some for the second coating). Sprinkle lemon pepper over the whole salmon. (This is to taste, so try it light then add more to your liking)
Place in oven and bake at 300 degrees.
When your salmon is about 15 Min from being done or when it is just starting to flake, lightly coat your salmon with the Maple Vinaigrette. (Note: do not coat as heavy as your first coat. Lightly sprinkle the vinaigrette over your salmon) Optionally, squeeze fresh lemon over the salmon just prior to plating.
Plate salmon directly from the oven. Garnish with a lemon twist on the salmon or place lemon wedge on a small piece of kale on top of the salmon. Serve and Enjoy!
Note:
Fish internal temperature should be 145 degrees. Pull the fish at 142 degrees because it will continue to cook on the plate for the first 4 minutes out of the oven.
